Telemarketing Specialist
The Telemarketing Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients to promote OneCity Property's services. This role involves making outbound calls, presenting the company's property management and real estate services benefits, generating leads, or setting appointments for the sales team. The Telemarketing Specialist must have excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade and build rapport with clients over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce OneCity Property services.
- Identify client needs and offer appropriate services that meet their requirements.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team to follow up.
- Maintain and update the clients database with accurate information.
- Achieve daily and monthly call targets and lead generation goals.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software.
