Sr. Client Relations Executive
The Client Relations Manager will be the primary contact for OneCity Property's clients, including builders, buyers, and investors. This role involves managing client communications, ensuring satisfaction, and coordinating between departments to meet client needs. The Client Relations Manager will focus on building long-term relationships with clients and ensuring their experiences with OneCity Property are positive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and concerns.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Coordinate with office staff to ensure timely delivery of services and projects.
- Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in client relations or customer service.
