What happens when my subscription expires?
When your subscription expires, your property or project listings remain visible on the platform, but your contact details (phone number, WhatsApp, email) are hidden from buyers. All enquiries are routed through OneCity Property's "Enquire Now" button. You can reactivate your subscription at any time to restore full contact visibility.
Can I upgrade my plan mid-subscription?
Yes, you can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. The remaining days of your current plan will be adjusted proportionally. Contact our team at reach@onecityproperty.com to arrange an upgrade.
Is GST included in the prices shown?
No, all prices shown are exclusive of GST. 18% GST is added at checkout. The total amount including GST is displayed below each plan price for transparency.
Do I get a discount on renewal?
Yes! Quarterly plans get a 10% renewal discount, and six-monthly or yearly plans get a 20% renewal discount when you renew the same plan. Monthly plans renew at the standard price. We send you a payment link with the discount automatically applied before your subscription expires.
How do I receive buyer enquiries?
Buyers can reach you through WhatsApp, phone call, and email buttons displayed on your listing page. You also receive enquiry notifications from OneCity Property when someone uses the "Enquire Now" form on your listing.
Can I get a refund?
Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated. However, if you face any technical issues preventing your listings from being displayed, contact us and we'll resolve the issue or extend your subscription period.
How do I list my properties after subscribing?
After your payment is confirmed, our team will set up your account within 24 hours. You can then email your property details, photos, and documents to reach@onecityproperty.com, and we'll create your listings. We also offer a WhatsApp-based listing submission process for your convenience.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods through Razorpay — credit/debit cards, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), net banking, and wallets. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant gateway.
