Who runs OneCity Property?
OneCity Property is run by L K Monu Borkala. He started his real estate career in 2011 in Mangalore, marketing the Seaside apartments for Rohan Corporation, and started OneCity Property in 2015. Today the team helps buyers, sellers and tenants across Bangalore, Mangalore and Mysore.
OneCity Property is a division of OneCity Technologies Pvt Ltd, a company in business since 2006. It was incorporated in 2009 in Mangalore, and its registered office is now in Bangalore.

How does OneCity Property work with buyers?
Every listing is checked for RERA registration, ownership documents, encumbrance certificates and property tax receipts before we publish it. We explain each step in plain language, whether you are buying, selling or renting, so you can decide with the full picture. Price, fees and timelines are put in writing before you commit.
How is OneCity Property paid?
For builder projects, the developer pays our commission and buyers pay nothing extra. For resale deals, our brokerage terms are shared in writing before any commitment. We coordinate home loans with SBI, HDFC, ICICI and Axis Bank at no cost to buyers; the banks pay us a referral fee.
