Leasing Consultant

The Leasing Consultant will serve as the first point of contact for potential tenants interested in properties managed by OneCity Property. This role involves showing properties, explaining lease terms, processing rental applications, and securing lease agreements. The Leasing Consultant must have a deep understandingof the local real estate market and be able to effectively communicate the properties benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meeting with prospective customer who is looking for rental property to show properties and explain lease agreements.
• Answer questions regarding rental properties, lease terms, and community amenities.
• Process rental applications, including background checks and financial verifications.
• Negotiate and finalize lease agreements with tenants.
• Maintain records of rental applications, leases, and tenant communications. 

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent and a bachelor's degree specialized in real estate, business, or a related field are preferred.
• Previous experience in leasing, sales, or real estate.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to build and maintain greater business relationships with clients.
• Proficiency in property management software.
