What happens when my subscription expires? +
Your listings remain visible on the platform but your contact details (phone, WhatsApp, email) are hidden from buyers. Once you renew, contact details are restored immediately.
Can I upgrade my plan mid-subscription? +
Yes. You can upgrade anytime. The remaining days of your current plan will be credited towards the new plan. Upgrades are charged at full price with no discount.
Is GST included in the prices shown? +
No. All prices shown are base prices. 18% GST is added at checkout. The total including GST is shown below each price.
Do I get a discount on renewal? +
Yes. 3-month plans get 10% renewal discount. 6-month and yearly plans get 20% renewal discount on same-plan renewals. No discount on plan upgrades.
How do I receive buyer enquiries? +
Buyers can see your phone number and WhatsApp button directly on your listing. They can also submit an enquiry form which is emailed to your registered email address.
Can I get a refund? +
Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated. You can cancel auto-renewal anytime to prevent future charges.
